Concealed Fixing with a Faster Installation Process

The Snap In Corrugated Core Wall Panel is designed to combine large-panel rigidity, concealed fixing, and efficient on-site installation. Its internal wave-shaped aluminum core forms a continuous three-dimensional support structure across the panel.

This core improves bending resistance and helps reduce center depression, local bulging, and irregular wave-like reflections on large wall surfaces.

The product is suitable for interior projects that use larger panel modules to reduce joints and create a more continuous architectural appearance.

Available panel thicknesses are 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm. The maximum customizable panel size is 6000 mm × 2000 mm.

Spring-Clip Keel Connection

The product uses a corrugated core composite panel together with a spring-clip keel mounting system. During installation, the panel is inserted or snapped into the keel and secured through a concealed self-locking connection.

This installation method does not require clearly exposed screws on the finished wall surface. The supporting keels and main connection parts remain behind the panels, creating a cleaner and more complete appearance.

The concealed snap-in structure can also simplify some on-site fixing steps and support faster installation over large wall areas.

Reinforcement rib spacing is controlled within 600 mm and can be optimized according to panel size and project wind pressure. The wind-pressure performance reaches ≤5 kPa according to GB/T 15227 and can reach up to 7 kPa.

Decorative Options and Project Uses

The Snap In Corrugated Core Wall Panel can be supplied in solid colors, metallic colors, wood grain, stone patterns, or anodized finishes. Project-specific colors can be produced according to a supplied color card.

Typical applications include transportation facilities, office buildings, corporate headquarters, cultural and exhibition spaces, commercial complexes, public service buildings, hospitals, and research facilities.

Zhejiang Ouzhijie Aluminum Co., Ltd. has production design, product development, and after-sales personnel who can assist with wall layout, spring-clip positions, keel spacing, folded panel edges, equipment openings, and edge details.

Order Preparation and Finished-Product Checks

Drawing-based and prototype-based manufacturing are supported. The minimum order quantity is 2,000 square meters. Different colors or models can be combined within the same qualifying order.

Custom samples normally require 10–15 days. The sample can be provided, while transportation costs are paid by the buyer.

Standard products normally require about 15 days for production. Customized products generally require 15–25 days. Photos or videos may be supplied during manufacturing.

Before packaging, every panel is inspected for surface condition, dimensions, panel edges, and spring-clip positions. A 100% finished-product inspection is performed, and third-party inspection is accepted. Bulk purchasing conditions may be discussed according to the actual order quantity.
