Hook-On Installation for Large and Maintainable Walls
The Hook On Corrugated Core Wall Panel combines a corrugated aluminum core composite structure with a hook-on mounting method. It is suitable for high interior walls, equipment-intensive areas, and architectural projects that need both large panels and convenient local maintenance.
The internal wave-shaped aluminum core provides continuous support across the panel. This improves bending rigidity and helps reduce common large-panel problems such as surface bulging, local depression, and wave-like reflections under artificial or natural lighting.
Panel thicknesses are available in 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm. The maximum customizable size is 6000 mm × 2000 mm. Larger individual panels can reduce the number of joints across high or wide wall surfaces.
Stable Floating Hook Connection
The hook-on structure supports panel positioning and installation. It can also provide practical access for local inspection, maintenance, or individual panel replacement when required by the project design.
A floating installation structure reserves space for thermal expansion and contraction. This helps lower structural stress caused by temperature changes across large wall areas.
Rear reinforcement ribs are positioned at intervals of no more than 600 mm. Their layout can be optimized according to wind pressure and panel dimensions.
The Hook On Corrugated Core Wall Panel reaches a wind-pressure performance of ≤5 kPa according to GB/T 15227 and can reach up to 7 kPa. This performance makes the product suitable for high wall areas and public buildings where panel stability is an important consideration.
Surface Options and Installation Coordination
Available surface finishes include solid colors, metallic colors, wood grain, stone patterns, and anodized effects. Colors and textures can be customized according to project requirements.
Typical applications include transportation hubs, office buildings, corporate headquarters, cultural and exhibition buildings, commercial complexes, flagship display areas, hospitals, and research facilities.
Zhejiang Ouzhijie Aluminum Co., Ltd. can review the project drawings and assist with hook direction, panel numbering, installation order, equipment openings, wall corners, and edge structures. The technical team can also provide online support for processing, installation, and local panel maintenance after delivery.
Samples and Production Control
Buyers may request a hook connection sample or finished panel sample before bulk production. The sample can be used to confirm panel flatness, surface color, edge structure, and installation method.
The minimum order quantity is 2,000 square meters. Custom sample development normally requires 10–15 days, while customized production generally requires 15–25 days.
Drawings, color samples, and specifications are approved before formal production. Photos or videos may be supplied during manufacturing.
Every finished panel receives a 100% inspection before packaging. Third-party inspection is also accepted. When transportation damage is found after arrival, the buyer should retain unpacking videos and photographs. The factory can assist with documents needed for logistics or insurance claims.
