Large-Panel Rigidity with Independent Access
The Hook On Corrugated Core Ceiling Panel combines a continuous corrugated aluminum core with an independent hook-on installation structure. It is developed for projects that require both a flat, large-format ceiling and convenient access to equipment above the panels.
The internal wave-shaped aluminum core provides continuous support across the panel. This improves bending rigidity and helps reduce center depression and long-term sagging in larger ceiling units.
Each panel remains a relatively independent installation component. When maintenance is required, a single panel can be lifted or removed without dismantling a large surrounding ceiling area.
This feature is useful for buildings with dense mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or ventilation services above the ceiling.
Hook Connection with Reserved Expansion Space
Panel thicknesses are available in 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm. The maximum customizable size is 6000 mm × 2000 mm.
Reinforcement rib spacing is no more than 600 mm. The layout can be optimized according to panel span, wind pressure, and structural load conditions.
The connection uses a hook-and-buckle structure with reserved expansion gaps. It provides installation positioning while leaving movement space for thermal expansion and contraction.
The wind-pressure performance reaches ≤5 kPa according to GB/T 15227 and can reach up to 7 kPa.
Surface options include solid colors, metallic colors, wood grain, and stone finishes. Custom colors can be produced from a project color card. Compared with a general corrugated core ceiling panel, this product places greater emphasis on independent removal and maintenance access.
Coordination with Overhead Equipment
The Hook On Corrugated Core Ceiling Panel can be used in transportation facilities, cultural buildings, stadiums, corporate headquarters, commercial atriums, hospitals, and research buildings.
For projects with complex air ducts, electrical cables, sprinklers, and mechanical equipment, Zhejiang Ouzhijie Aluminum Co., Ltd. can review the combined ceiling drawings.
The technical team can assist with panel numbering, hook direction, maintenance zones, equipment openings, and ceiling layout. Production design, research and development, and after-sales personnel can provide support from sample approval through manufacturing and later installation questions.
Samples and After-Sales Support
OEM, ODM, and drawing-based customization are supported. A hook connection sample or completed panel sample may be arranged before bulk production.
The minimum order quantity is 2,000 square meters. Different colors or models may be combined within one qualifying order. Custom sample development normally requires 10–15 days.
Photos or videos may be provided during production. Every finished product receives a 100% inspection before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted.
After delivery, online technical assistance is available for panel removal, panel reinstallation, and overhead maintenance procedures.
