Self-Cleaning Surface for Difficult-to-Maintain Facades
These Aluminum Curtain Wall Panels are developed for high-rise buildings and exterior walls where regular manual cleaning is difficult or costly. The panel surface uses a super-hydrophilic nano self-cleaning coating.
When rainwater reaches the surface, it can spread into a relatively even water film instead of remaining only as separate droplets. This water film helps carry away attached dust and common surface dirt. The self-cleaning function can reduce dependence on frequent manual facade washing, especially on tall buildings or hard-to-access exterior areas.
The surface is available in solid colors, metallic colors, and textured effects. Custom project colors can also be developed according to a supplied color card. This allows the cleaning function to be combined with different architectural styles rather than limiting the product to one standard appearance.

Panel Structure and Wind-Pressure Performance
The self-cleaning coating is combined with the structural features required for large three-dimensional aluminum facade panels. Available panel thicknesses are 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm. The maximum customizable panel size is 6000 mm × 2000 mm.
Rear reinforcement ribs are positioned at intervals of no more than 600 mm. Their layout can be further optimized according to project wind pressure, panel dimensions, and installation conditions.
A floating mounting system reserves movement space for thermal expansion and contraction. This helps reduce temperature-related stress on large panels and supports long-term surface flatness.
The wind-pressure performance of the Aluminum Curtain Wall Panels reaches ≤5 kPa according to GB/T 15227, with a maximum value of up to 7 kPa.

This product is suitable for high-rise and super-high-rise landmark buildings, industrial areas, dry and dusty regions, heavily polluted locations, and buildings beside roads with high traffic levels. It can also be used for museums, theaters, stadiums, and other public facilities where the long-term appearance of the exterior wall is important.
The product is particularly relevant to projects where dust accumulation is clearly visible but facade access is restricted. The final surface color, texture, panel size, forming design, and mounting method can be developed according to the project drawings.

Inspection, Packaging, and Delivery Procedures

Samples can be arranged before mass production for surface inspection and appearance confirmation. Custom sample development normally takes 10–15 days. Standard products generally require about 15 days for production, while customized products normally require 15–25 days.
Before production begins, the team confirms drawings, color, panel dimensions, and product specifications. Photos or videos can be provided during manufacturing. Every finished panel receives a 100% inspection before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted.
Wooden pallet or non-pallet packaging can be selected according to transportation requirements. Buyers are advised to inspect the products during unloading and keep an unpacking video.
