Aluminium Composite Ceiling Panels

Aluminium composite ceiling panels use a wave-shaped aluminum core to create continuous internal support across a large composite ceiling panel. The corrugated core forms a three-dimensional support path that improves bending rigidity and helps the panel remain flat at larger dimensions.

This structure is intended to address center sagging, depression, and uneven light reflection that may occur with ordinary large ceiling panels. It is suitable for public buildings that require larger ceiling modules, fewer joints, and a more complete overhead appearance.

Available panel thicknesses include 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm. The maximum customizable panel size is 6000 mm × 2000 mm.

Surface finishes include solid colors, metallic colors, wood grain, and stone patterns. Colors can be customized according to a project color card so the structural ceiling can be coordinated with surrounding walls, lighting, and interior finishes.

The panel can be configured with a concealed clip-in, hook-on, or hanging mounting structure. The appropriate connection method can be selected according to the ceiling layout, maintenance requirements, and desired visual effect.

Movement space is reserved within the installation structure to accommodate expansion and contraction. Rear reinforcement rib spacing is controlled within 600 mm and can be optimized according to panel dimensions and project wind pressure.

The continuous corrugated core and stress-releasing mounting structure work together to improve the stability of large panels. The product reaches a wind-pressure performance of ≤5 kPa according to GB/T 15227 and can reach up to 7 kPa.

The connection system, reinforcement arrangement, panel divisions, and equipment openings should be confirmed before production.

Wooden pallet or non-pallet packaging is available. EXW, FOB, and CIF trade terms are supported.
