Engineered for Large and Wind-Exposed Facades
The Wind Resistant Aluminum Curtain Wall Panel is developed for high-rise buildings, large-span public facilities, and facade projects in areas with high wind pressure. It consists of a three-dimensional formed aluminum panel, rear reinforcement ribs, and a floating mounting system.
The panel design can be adjusted according to facade divisions, architectural shapes, installation conditions, and project wind-load requirements.
Common panel thicknesses are 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm. The maximum customizable panel size is 6000 mm × 2000 mm. These dimensions make the product suitable for projects that require large panels, three-dimensional surfaces, fewer visible joints, and a continuous facade appearance.
The reinforcement rib spacing is controlled within 600 mm and can be optimized according to actual wind-pressure calculations.

Structural Stability Under Wind and Temperature Changes
The main purchasing value of this panel comes from the coordinated design of its reinforcement ribs and floating connection structure.
The rear ribs improve the overall rigidity of large aluminum panels. They help reduce the risk of surface depression, bulging, or visible deformation under wind loads. The floating mounting system reserves movement space for thermal expansion and contraction. This helps release internal stress caused by temperature changes and supports long-term panel flatness.
The product reaches a wind-pressure performance of ≤5 kPa according to GB/T 15227, with a maximum value of up to 7 kPa. It can be used for high-rise and super-high-rise facades, coastal areas with strong winds, airport terminals, stadiums, and other large-span buildings. Final panel thickness, reinforcement layout, dimensions, and mounting details should be confirmed according to project drawings and site conditions.
Project Customization and Manufacturing Support
Zhejiang Ouzhijie Aluminum Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and manufactures architectural aluminum panels and aluminum composite products. Its product range includes aluminum composite panels, solid aluminum panels, honeycomb panels, corrugated panels, three-dimensional aluminum panels, and ceiling systems.
The factory covers approximately 10,000 square meters and operates two fully automatic production lines with around 70 employees and a professional research and development team. For each Wind Resistant Aluminum Curtain Wall Panel project, the technical team can assist with product selection, structural configuration, drawing development, panel specifications, forming dimensions, reinforcement arrangements, and installation requirements.
Production management follows the ISO 9001 quality management system, while environmental management follows the ISO 14001 system. Production progress can be shared through photos or videos so buyers can follow the order status before shipment.
Quality Inspection, Samples, Packaging, and Delivery
OEM, ODM, drawing-based, and prototype-based customization are supported. The minimum order quantity for bulk production is 2,000 square meters. Different colors or models may be combined within the same qualifying order.
Samples can be arranged before mass production. Custom sample development normally takes 10–15 days. The sample itself can be provided free of charge, while shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Standard products normally require about 15 days for production. Customized products generally require 15–25 days.
Every finished panel receives a 100% inspection before packaging. Third-party inspection is also accepted. Depending on panel dimensions, transportation methods, and order requirements, the products can be packed on wooden pallets or shipped without pallet packaging.
After delivery, technical support is available for processing, installation, and product-related questions. Confirmed quality issues can receive a response within 24 hours. A contractual warranty period of 1–3 years is available according to the agreed order terms.
