Aluminum Sheets with an Inorganic Mineral Core
The Non-Combustible Aluminum Panel consists of upper and lower aluminum sheets bonded to a high-proportion inorganic mineral core. The product places particular emphasis on the non-combustible core structure and material stability under building fire conditions.
According to the supplied information, the mineral core does not burn and does not produce toxic smoke or molten droplets. It can be used for curtain walls, public interiors, and decoration projects with strict material fire-performance requirements.
The face sheet thickness is 0.3–0.5 mm, and the back sheet thickness is 0.3–0.5 mm. The commonly used total panel thickness is 4 mm. Custom specifications are available.
Compared with a thin single-layer panel, the composite structure provides a flatter surface. This helps reduce irregular wave-like reflections on large facades under natural or artificial lighting.
Dimensions, Wind Resistance, and Mounting
The standard panel size is 1220 mm × 2440 mm. The maximum customizable size is 1570 mm × 6000 mm.
The range supports regular bulk orders as well as long-panel architectural divisions. Reinforcement rib spacing is controlled within 600 mm and can be adjusted according to wind load and panel span.
The product reaches a wind-pressure performance of ≤5 kPa according to GB/T 15227 and can reach up to 7 kPa.
Connection methods include box-shaped folded-edge mounting, riveting, and bolt-fixed concealed curtain wall systems. Expansion gaps are reserved at the installation nodes to reduce the effect of temperature changes.
Available surfaces include solid colors, metallic colors, wood grain, stone patterns, and anodized finishes.
Custom Processing and Multi-Color Orders
The Non-Combustible Aluminum Panel can be used for high-rise buildings, transportation and cultural facilities, commercial projects, and renovation of existing buildings.
Zhejiang Ouzhijie Aluminum Co., Ltd. has a professional research and development team and production development personnel. Panels can be produced according to drawings or prototypes.
The technical team can confirm panel dimensions, folded edges, reinforcement details, mounting holes, and surface colors before production.
Different colors or models may be combined within the same qualifying minimum order. This allows one building to use coordinated products for curtain walls, entrances, columns, and interior areas.
Custom sample development normally takes 10–15 days.
Commercial and Delivery Information
The minimum order quantity is 2,000 square meters. Standard production normally takes about 15 days. Custom production generally requires 15–25 days, while repeat orders normally require about 15 days.
Photos or videos may be provided during manufacturing. The factory arranges inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation after production.
Wooden pallet or non-pallet packaging can be selected. EXW, FOB, and CIF terms are supported.
The standard payment arrangement is 30% in advance and 70% before shipment. For customized orders, the payment arrangement is 50% deposit and 50% balance.
