A2 Fire Rated ACP

The A2 Fire Rated ACP is a composite decorative material developed for public building fire safety and large-area surface stability. Its core consists of a high proportion of inorganic mineral material.

According to the supplied information, the core does not burn and does not produce toxic smoke or molten droplets when exposed to fire. This makes the product suitable for exterior curtain walls and interior wall projects where material fire behavior is an important consideration.

The commonly used total thickness is 4 mm. Both the face sheet and back sheet are available in thicknesses of 0.3–0.5 mm.

The composite structure provides a flat panel surface while retaining enough flexibility for folding and architectural processing. It can help reduce irregular reflections across large walls and can be formed for different facade or interior details.

The maximum customizable panel size is 6000 mm × 2000 mm. Larger individual panels can reduce the number of joints on curtain walls or interior wall surfaces.

Reinforcement rib spacing is no more than 600 mm. The layout can be optimized according to actual wind pressure and panel dimensions.

The A2 Fire Rated ACP reaches a wind-pressure performance of ≤5 kPa according to GB/T 15227 and can reach up to 7 kPa.

Available installation methods include box-shaped folded-edge mounting, riveting, and bolt-fixed concealed structures. Expansion gaps are reserved to help the panels respond to temperature changes.

Surface options include solid colors, metallic colors, wood grain, stone patterns, and anodized effects. The product can be used on high-rise and medium-rise buildings, transportation facilities, cultural buildings, commercial complexes, chain stores, interior fire-resistant walls, and columns.
