Suspended Aluminum Honeycomb Ceiling Panel

The Suspended Aluminum Honeycomb Ceiling Panel is a composite metal ceiling product for large-span and high-standard public interiors. It contains a closely arranged hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core that supports the upper and lower aluminum sheets through multiple internal nodes.

This structure improves bending rigidity and helps large ceiling panels remain flat. It is designed to address center depression, long-term sagging, and uneven wave-like reflections that may occur when ordinary large ceiling panels are installed under lighting.

The face sheet thickness is 0.8–1.0 mm, and the back sheet thickness is 0.7–0.8 mm. The maximum customizable panel size is 6000 mm × 2000 mm.

Larger panel dimensions can reduce the number of ceiling joints and create a more continuous overhead appearance in airports, transport halls, cultural venues, and other large spaces.

According to the ceiling design and maintenance requirements, the product can use a dedicated hook-on system, a concealed clip-in system, or a hook-and-clip mounting structure.

The hook-on option is suitable for creating a continuous ceiling with relatively narrow joints. The concealed clip-in structure hides the keel and main fasteners above the panel surface. The hook-and-clip option supports panel installation and local removal when access to overhead services is required.

Movement space is reserved in the connection points to accommodate expansion and contraction. Reinforcement rib spacing is controlled within 600 mm and can be optimized according to panel dimensions and ceiling load requirements.

Available finishes include solid colors, metallic colors, wood grain, stone patterns, and anodized effects. Colors can be customized to coordinate the ceiling with walls, lighting, air outlets, and the general interior design.

The Suspended Aluminum Honeycomb Ceiling Panel is suitable for airports, high-speed railway stations, cultural buildings, stadiums, office buildings, corporate headquarters, hospitals, and research facilities with complex overhead systems.

Ceiling panels in these projects often require openings for lights, sprinklers, air outlets, surveillance devices, and access equipment. Drawings, color samples, and specifications are approved before material preparation. Photos or videos may be supplied during production. Buyers can arrange inspection before shipment, and all finished panels receive a 100% inspection before packaging.
