The testing of corrugated aluminum core composite aluminum sheets relies on a variety of specialized instruments and equipment. Mechanical property testing commonly uses a universal testing machine to measure tensile and shear strength; a peel strength tester is used to assess interlayer adhesion quality; and a bending tester tests the material's flexibility and resistance to deformation. In physical property testing, digital micrometers and laser thickness gauges are used for thickness measurement, platens and optical projectors for flatness analysis, and microscopes and ultrasonic flaw detectors for inspecting defects in the corrugated core structure. Chemical property testing uses a salt spray test chamber to simulate a corrosive environment, a spectrometer for elemental composition analysis, and a xenon lamp aging chamber to assess weather resistance.

Fire resistance testing relies on a cone calorimeter, a smoke density chamber, and a toxicity analyzer. In addition, an environmental test chamber is used to simulate extreme conditions such as temperature and humidity to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data.
