Fire-resistant composite panels are a new type of building material with natural inorganic minerals as the core layer. The core layer can remain non-combustible for 4 hours at 1200℃, achieving a Class A fire resistance standard.
The composite panel achieves its fire resistance through a multi-layered composite structure, including an aluminum alloy skin, an adhesive layer, and a functional surface coating. Some products also feature a snap-fit design to enhance installation flexibility. Its modular splicing characteristics (such as the rounded raised groove design) support rapid installation and subsequent maintenance. The outer aluminum alloy skin layer also serves a decorative purpose, and can be customized with various colors and patterns, suitable for curtain walls and other applications. It is mainly used for interior and exterior wall decoration, curtain wall projects, and medical clean areas. The standard size is 1200×2440mm.
