Aluminum interlocking panels are designed for interior wall projects that require narrow joints, concealed fixing components, and a visually continuous surface. The system uses precisely folded panel edges together with a dedicated tight-joint concealed mounting structure.

 

Most fixing components are positioned behind the panels. After installation, the main screws and fasteners are not clearly exposed on the finished wall. The narrow joints between adjacent panels reduce visual interruption and create a more complete three-dimensional wall appearance.

 

Surface options include solid colors, metallic colors, wood grain, and stone patterns. Colors may also be customized according to a project design card. The combination of concealed installation, controlled panel joints, and formed surfaces makes the product suitable for interiors where detailing and wall consistency are important.

Common panel thicknesses include 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm. Panels can be customized up to 6000 mm × 2000 mm.

Rear reinforcement rib spacing is controlled within 600 mm. The reinforcement arrangement can be adjusted according to panel dimensions and project load conditions.

The concealed interlocking structure achieves narrow joints while reserving movement space for thermal expansion and contraction. This helps reduce the risk of stress concentration or uneven panel levels across a large continuous wall when indoor temperatures change.
