Panel-Level Reinforcement for Long-Term Flatness
High-Rigidity Aluminum Ceiling Panels focus on panel stiffness, resistance to sagging, and stable overhead installation. Instead of depending mainly on additional suspension points, the product strengthens the structure of the panel itself.
A high-strength, rust-resistant aluminum alloy is used as the substrate. Three-dimensional folded edges create a more stable perimeter structure, while high-density rear reinforcement ribs improve the overall bending resistance of large panels.
This configuration is suitable for ceiling areas where the center of a large panel may otherwise develop depression, where strong airflow may affect the ceiling, or where long-term surface flatness is an important project requirement.
The available panel thicknesses are 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm. Panels can be customized up to 6000 mm × 2000 mm.

Coordinated Edge, Rib, and Mounting Design
Reinforcement rib spacing is no more than 600 mm. The precise layout can be adjusted according to panel dimensions, wind pressure, and installation position.
A dedicated high-rigidity, anti-seismic mounting system provides stable panel connections while reserving movement space for expansion and contraction. This helps reduce internal stress created by temperature changes.
The high-strength substrate, three-dimensional folded edges, dense reinforcement layout, and stress-releasing mounting structure work together to reduce the risk of center sagging, edge warping, and uneven panel surfaces.
Wind-pressure performance reaches ≤5 kPa according to GB/T 15227 and can reach up to 7 kPa. Final reinforcement density and mounting details should be confirmed according to the actual ceiling height, panel orientation, and project load conditions.
Applications Requiring Greater Ceiling Stability
The product can be used in major transportation halls, public cultural buildings, stadiums, office buildings, corporate headquarters, display areas, and industrial facilities. It is also suitable for public spaces exposed to higher wind pressure or noticeable airflow.
For these projects, Zhejiang Ouzhijie Aluminum Co., Ltd. can review the ceiling height, panel dimensions, equipment arrangement, and installation direction. Technical personnel can assist with folded-edge details, reinforcement density, and connection nodes.
The company operates its own factory and has professional research and development, production design, and quality management personnel. Support can begin during early product selection and continue through drawing approval, production control, and installation-related technical questions.
Sampling and Quality Management
A sample may be arranged before bulk production to confirm the panel thickness, perimeter structure, surface appearance, and mounting method. Custom sample development normally takes 10–15 days.
Different colors or models may be combined within one qualifying minimum order. The sample itself can be provided, while transportation costs are paid by the buyer.
Production quality is managed according to the ISO 9001 quality management system. Every finished panel receives a 100% inspection before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted.
After delivery, online technical support is available for processing and installation questions. Quality-related issues can receive a response within 24 hours. High-Rigidity Aluminum Ceiling Panels are supplied with a contractual warranty period of 1–3 years.
